Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Orders under $30: Flat rate of $5.99
  • Orders over $30: Free standard shipping

International

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • Orders over $80: Free international shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after the order has shipped.

United States:
3–7 business days

International:
7–14 business days (may vary by destination)

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

YUNÉA™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, YUNÉA™ is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window.

Shipping Restrictions
