At YUNÉA™, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality beauty products and a refined shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products
- Items without original packaging or seals
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yuneabeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
